Glen Slaughter & Associates (Defendant) appeals from its conviction on one count of fraud over $20,000, in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-16-6 (Repl.Pamp.1994), and one count of bribery of a public officer or employee, in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-24-1(D) (Repl.Pamp.1994).
