BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury trial in which the appellant was convicted of the offense of murder. The indictment included three enhancement paragraphs. The appellant pleaded "true" to the enhancement paragraphs. The jury found the appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at confinement for life in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
