This personal injury action was commenced by Carmen Luellman, on behalf of herself and for the benefit of her son, Steven Lutt, a minor, against Dorothy J. Ambroz, the defendant. The claim arises out of a collision between a car being driven by Ambroz and a bicycle being driven by Lutt.
