Appellant L & D Trucking challenges the amount of damages awarded by the jury in this promissory estoppel action, the entry of summary judgment in favor of respondent Imperial Developers on L & D Trucking's counterclaim for defamation and unfair trade practices, and the result of several posttrial motions.
