Jerry Olesen appeals the circuit court's order denying him a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

FACTS

In 1986, Jerry Olesen (Olesen) was convicted of the following criminal offenses: two counts of rape in the second degree; two counts of sexual contact with a child under sixteen years of age; and one count of incest.
