BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

The appellant, Tony Edward Sandles, was charged by indictment of the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance, namely, cocaine, with enhancement and habitual paragraphs contained within the indictment. On April 22, 1993, before a jury, the appellant entered a plea of not guilty. The jury found the appellant guilty of the charged offense. The appellant entered a plea of "true" to the enhancement count of the indictment...
