NEWBERN, Justice.

The appellant, Willie B. Jones, was tried by jury and convicted of the first degree murder of Delois Coleman and the battery of her daughter, Denise Coleman. Mr. Jones was sentenced to life imprisonment on the murder conviction and six years imprisonment for the battery. We find no merit in his arguments for reversal and affirm.
