This is an appeal by May Department Stores Company ("Kaufmann's") from a July 7, 1993, order of the West Virginia Human Rights Commission ("HRC") reversing a decision by HRC Hearing Examiner Richard A. Riffe and remanding the matter to a different hearing examiner for a de novo hearing.
