OPINION

LATTIMORE, Justice.

This is an appeal from the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of Harris Methodist Affiliated Hospitals ("Hospital").

We affirm.

On January 9, 1991, Shirley Lee Gunn slipped on a wet floor and fell in the hallway of a building located at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. As a result of the fall, Gunn suffered injuries for which she instituted this premises liability suit...
