This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion for summary judgment, filed on September 12, 1994. Defendant in this action is The Travelers Companies ("the Travelers"). Plaintiff is Henrietta Wheeler. On May 9, 1994, Wheeler, a black woman, filed this action, alleging that the Travelers discriminated against her in failing to transfer her based on her race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act...
