Plaintiff The World Peace Movement of America ("World Peace Movement") appeals from a Third District Court order dismissing its civil rights action against defendant Newspaper Agency Corporation ("NAC"). World Peace Movement also appeals a second order awarding NAC the sum of $17,047 in actual and necessary expenses incurred in defending the action.
