Jane Smith (an assumed name) individually and on behalf of her minor daughter Jean sued Samuel Perkins for damages resulting from the molestation of Jean. Joan Smith (an assumed name) is also a plaintiff and was allegedly molested by Perkins when she was a minor. Perkins' homeowner's insurers, Boston Old Colony Insurance Company and Aetna Life & Casualty Company, were dismissed on summary judgment. Plaintiffs appeal and claim the trial court erred...
