A federal grand jury returned a thirty-nine count indictment against Flakes Kellum, Lynetta P. Durr and thirteen others charging, among other things, a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin in Gary, Indiana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Defendant Durr was convicted by a jury of the conspiracy count, and was sentenced to 21 months of imprisonment to be followed by four years of supervised release. Defendant Kellum pleaded guilty...
