PER CURIAM.

This is a petition for habeas corpus in which Dougan seeks to vacate his sentence of death. We have jurisdiction under article V, section 3(b)(1) and (9) of the Florida Constitution.

Dougan, along with codefendant Barclay, was originally convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death in 1975. The convictions and sentences were affirmed. Barclay v. State, 343 So.2d 1266 (Fla. 1977), cert. denied...
