Appellant appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.

Appellant pled guilty to one count of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020 RSMo 1986 and one count of armed criminal action, § 571.015 RSMo 1986. He was sentenced as a prior persistent class X offender to ten years imprisonment on the robbery in the first degree and three years imprisonment on the armed criminal action...
