In this forfeiture proceeding, Gary Dean DeCamp appeals from a district court order forfeiting his truck, a 1978 Freightliner tractor, because the truck was allegedly used to facilitate drug sales. DeCamp challenges the order because he thinks (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the forfeiture, and (2) the district court impermissibly admitted into evidence statements attributed to alleged coconspirators.
