OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

Respondents Randall J. and Winifred E. Zahradka, d/b/a Highland 66 Service Center, Inc., litigated a property dispute with adjoining property owners, the Reilings, over property registered under the Torrens registration system. Both parties' certificates of title could be construed to include the disputed property. The Reilings were awarded ownership of the property under the doctrine of practical boundaries.
