In March, 1993, the plaintiffs filed suit against Able Services Contractors, Inc. ("Able"), Jose Barahona, Edgardo Barrera, Aro Two, Inc., and Temporary Resources, Inc. ("TR").1 Able, Barahona, and Barrera (the cross-plaintiffs) settled with the plaintiffs and all claims against the cross-plaintiffs were dismissed....
