This matter comes before the court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) on appeal from the order and memorandum opinion of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, entered April 11, 1994. In its memorandum opinion, the bankruptcy court held that the $500,000.00 limit on spendthrift trusts, established by Virginia Code section 55-19, applies to each beneficiary's trust estate...
