This is an appeal by the executor of the Estate of Arnold Randeris from an order by the probate court which removed him as executor and trustee, set aside three predeath conveyances of real estate, directed a set off of the executor's debt to the decedent against the executor's inheritance, and vacated the award of executor and attorney fees.
