PREWITT, Judge.

Following jury trial defendant was convicted of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. § 577.060, RSMo Supp.1992. The jury recommended that he be fined in an amount determined by the court, and a $1,000 fine was imposed against defendant. Defendant appeals.
