The defendant, Jason Maltimore, pursuant to negotiations, pleaded guilty to residential burglary in Madison County Nos. 92-CF-1797, 93-CF-350, and 93-CF-352. He was sentenced to four years' imprisonment in No. 92-CF-1797. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of six years' imprisonment in Nos. 93-CF-350 and 93-CF-352, which were to be served consecutively to the four-year sentence of imprisonment. He subsequently...
