This matter comes before the court upon the complaint of plaintiff, Melissa Callicoat, for judicial dissolution of the corporation, Callicoat, Inc., and for appointment of a receiver. An evidentiary hearing was held on July 8, 1994 to determine whether the corporation should be dissolved.
