We are asked to review the conduct of appellant's trial counsel, Cregan, and determine whether the trial judge's failure to control him provides grounds for reversal. After examining the record, we find that the trial judge's failure to control Cregan in the divorce proceedings resulted in a miscarriage of justice. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the appellate court (83 Ohio App.3d 327
