Defendant, Town and Country Mortgage Company, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of plaintiffs, Stephen and Laura Haas, entered pursuant to a jury verdict. The total judgment of $10,000.00 consisted of $5,000.00 for conversion and $5,000.00 for tortious interference with a business expectancy.
