In this juvenile proceeding, child was found to be within the jurisdiction of the court for conduct which, if committed by an adult, would constitute first degree criminal trespass. Former ORS 419.476(1)(a);1 ORS 164.255. He contends that the court erred in denying his motion for acquittal, because the state failed to present sufficient evidence to establish venue...
