Defendant Amador Rodriguez-Mejia appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(D), asserting that the district court erred in giving an Allen1 charge to the jury. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
