Plaintiffs Robert and Olive Spickler appeal from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Fritzsche, J.) in favor of defendants Roger Dube and Alan Levenson in which the court dismissed the Spicklers' shareholders' derivative suit on the basis of res judicata. The Spicklers also appeal from an order enjoining them and their corporation, R.D. Realty Corporation, from filing future complaints against the defendants...
