DUDLEY, Justice.

Ollis X. Heard was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was sentenced to life imprisonment because he is a habitual offender. We affirm the judgment of conviction.

Appellant first challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. The test for determining sufficiency of the evidence is whether the verdict is supported by substantial evidence. Brown v. State, 315 Ark. 466
