The plaintiffs, unit owners in the Cabot Estate Condominium, commenced this action in the Superior Court on April 30, 1990, alleging misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of express and implied warranties, fraudulent conveyance and violation of G.L.c. 93A (1992 ed.), in connection with the purchase of their units.
