This case involves the state family farm foreclosure statute, Minn.Stat. § 500.24, and, specifically, the use of the former owner's statutory right of first refusal.1 We conclude that the manner in which the first refusal right was exercised in this case does not justify interference with plaintiff-appellant's contract to purchase the farmland.
