Claiming that her decedent's rights of due process and equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment, and her decedent's rights under the Federal Rehabilitation Act were deprived, Cheriee Gazette appeals the dismissal of her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims. We affirm the dismissal.
