Defendant-Appellant Larry Bentley was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and knowingly receiving, concealing, or storing a stolen firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(j) and 924(a)(2). He was sentenced under 18 U.S.C. § 924(e) for possession of a firearm having previously been convicted of three or more violent felony offenses. He appeals his conviction...
