Lou A. Charno appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County confirming an amended arbitration award entered by Stanley P. Weiner, an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, on January 31, 1992. The amended arbitration award directed Charno to pay Paul L. Heineman the sum of $38,327.09, less a credit of $10,776.38 for sums previously paid, granted Charno a tax credit of $10,726.00, and directed her to pay Heineman one-half...
