JOHNSON, Justice.

This is a probation revocation case. We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion: (1) by considering the results of a polygraph examination in revoking probation, nor (2) by revoking probation. We also conclude that pursuant to I.C. § 19-2601(4), the trial court did not have authority to retain jurisdiction in connection with the revocation of probation, when the attempt to retain jurisdiction came more than five years after...
