Mineweld requested a special permit and variance from The Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules for the use of used railroad pressure tank cars to store and supply gaseous hydrogen. After a hearing, the Board denied a variance and special permit and on appeal the Circuit Court of Cole County affirmed. On this appeal Mineweld contends that it adduced sufficient evidence to justify the issuance of the variance and special permit. Reversed...
