This is an appeal by Kelton Lamont Morris from a capital murder conviction for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment. Morris contends: (1) that there was insufficient evidence to prove that Morris acted as a primary actor; (2) that there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction for capital murder because there was no evidence to prove that an accomplice committed the murder; and (3) that the trial court erred in failing...
