OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of driving while intoxicated, and his punishment was assessed at 180 days in the Harris County Jail, probated for two years, plus a $250.00 fine. Appellant brings two points of error, claiming that the trial court erred in excluding non-testimonial evidence. We affirm.
