PAPADAKOS, Justice.

We granted allocatur in this case to determine whether the Commonwealth's possible non-disclosure of critical evidence regarding the competency of the complaining witness directly contradicts our authority in Commonwealth v. Moose, 529 Pa. 218, 602 A.2d 1265 (1992) and Commonwealth v. Wallace, 500 Pa. 270
