We are called upon to determine whether I.C. § 19-2601(4) authorizes a court to retain jurisdiction over a criminal defendant for an evaluation period following revocation of the offender's probation, or whether that statute allows a court to retain jurisdiction only at the time the defendant is initially sentenced.
