Thomas Paul Cyr, an anti-abortion protestor, was arrested when he refused to voluntarily leave Aaron's Women's Health Center, a general gynecological clinic and abortion center in Dallas, Texas. The jury convicted Cyr of criminal trespass and assessed his punishment at fourteen days' confinement and a $500 fine.
