Frank Kendrick ("Appellant") appeals his sentence for bank robbery. We vacate and remand the case for resentencing.

On June 25, 1992, a Fidelity National Bank ("Fidelity") in Decatur, Georgia was robbed. A teller identified Appellant as the robber. A bank surveillance photo of the robber was shown to Appellant's father, who confirmed that the robber was Appellant...
