Walter Peavey appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) in favor of Richard Taylor individually and Taylor's Sporting Goods, China, Inc. (TSG), on Peavey's claim for personal injuries he received when he fell down a flight of stairs on the premises occupied by TSG.
