Walter Clinton Hall entered a conditional guilty plea to a charge of felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). He appeals his conviction and sentence of forty-six months imprisonment. With respect to his conviction, Hall contends that § 922(g)(1) does not apply to him because under Colorado law his civil rights had been restored and thus he had no prior crimes as defined by 18 U.S.C. §...
