This appeal arises out of a claim by Petron, Inc. against Magic-Mart, Inc. and Khaled "Mike" Abdelsalam for a sum allegedly due on an open account. The trial judge issued reasons and entered judgment against defendants in the amount of $5,755.80, plus interest from due date and attorney's fees in the amount of $4,571.37.
