OPINION

ANDELL, Justice.

Appellant, Richard Gonzales Flores, pled not guilty to the charge of aggravated possession of marijuana. After the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence appellant pled guilty to the lesser offense of possession of marijuana. In accordance with a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at four years probation and a fine of $500.
