Michael Anthony Ellis1 filed medical malpractice actions against Dr. Jack Niles, Jr.2 and Dr. Raymond Bynoe alleging he received negligent treatment while under the care of the Richland Memorial Trauma Team for a serious neck injury suffered in a traffic accident. Before the close of the plaintiff's case the court directed a verdict in favor of Drs. Niles and Bynoe. Ellis appeals. We reverse...
