McGARRY, Chief Justice.

Joel Lynn Bailey appeals his conviction for theft of property in excess of $20,000. After a jury trial, the court assessed Bailey's punishment at twenty years' confinement and a $10,000 fine. The court also ordered restitution in the amount of $800,000.
