This is an action for infringement of three patents involving cellular phone technology. Plaintiff, InterDigital Technology Corporation ("ITC"), has sued two defendants, Qualcomm Incorporated ("Qualcomm") and OKI America, Inc. ("OKI"). Shortly before the close of discovery, ITC and defendant OKI settled. The remaining defendant Qualcomm now moves to prevent ITC from introducing at trial any evidence against Qualcomm...
