Plaintiff/Appellant, Melissa Marcelle appeals the trial court's judgment in this personal injury cause of action. Plaintiff, Wayne Colon, was granted an appeal but failed to file a brief, thus Wayne Colon's appeal is deemed abandoned. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
